Which payments do you accept?

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes, your data are safe. We advise you to use a good password to sign in on the website, at least 8 alphanumeric characters long (including upper and lower case) and do not use words such as names, data etc.

How do you keep the transmission of data secure?

In order to keep the transmission of data secure we use the protocol SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This protocol allows the encryption of data from any possible attack. It is standard and safe, also used by banks to ensure maximum safety.

How do you use my data?

I still have not received the goods, how long does it take?

Shipping in Italy takes normally up to 2 working days. In exceptional cases the waiting time can get up to 4 working days.

Which courier delivery service do you use?

The courier we use is selected among the best operators on the national territory (UPS).

What is the status of my shipment?

As soon as the goods are shipped you receive an email confirmation including a link tracking usable to ckeck the online status of you shipment.

My package hasn’t arrived yet. Did it get lost?
